Raw MDF
Our major product is Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF), is an all-wood panel made by separating logs into wood fibres and then transforming them under heat and pressure. A panel with a homogeneous structure, fine surface, and uniform qualities is the outcome.
These adaptable panels can be sawed, routed, sanded, and fastened like any other wood panel, or they can be readily surface-covered using a variety of techniques. Even we have the option to use either rubber trees or eucalyptus to prepare the MDF panels, as both are sourced from renewable plantations, isn’t that GREAT! An eco-friendly approach.
1. Plain MDF
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is one of our engineered boards. Wall panels, storage units, modern designer, and even doors can all be made using this product.
2. HMR MDF
HMR is a moisture-resistant MDF that can be used in high-humidity environments or in areas where there is a chance of soaking.
3. FR MDF
FR MDF flame retardant is created with a synthetic resin adhesive system and is intended for use in critical applications requiring Class 1 flame retardant material.
